The FRONTAL’s Dispatcher function matches remote site categories to network-wide categories and handles the broadcasting of alarms and alerts, ensuring that the right information is sent to the right people, in the right way. It redirects essential information to all persons concerned according to their authorization level, geographical location, schedule of availability and preferred media type. An integrated Call Manager queues the calls and manages retries, call timeouts, etc. For maximum efficiency and low bandwidth requirements, all exchanges between FRONTAL and remote RightWON units are made using deferred transmission of real-time events and telecontrol commands.
Workforce Roster Management is a unique feature of the FRONTAL that frees management personnel from workforce scheduling concerns. Management of both fleet and mobile teams is made possible through automated decisions based on programmable supervisory criteria which are applied to the current status, location and availability of equipment and personnel. All team members with the appropriate access rights can update their current work status and location via email, SMS or web browser.
