Reporting to the President, your responsibilities will be diverse and critical to the company’s growth:

  • Define and implement the international commercial strategy
  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize target markets (new and existing) by assessing market conditions, competition, and trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of the strategic plan and annual budget
  • Define sales objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and related action plans
  • Monitor performance by market, region, and segment
  • Analyze performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, OEMs, distributors/representatives, and industry partners
  • Manage, recruit, coach, and develop the sales team, ensuring skill development and strong performance
  • Finalize and approve sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in close collaboration with internal teams
  • Manage marketing projects and the marketing department

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field (electrical or electronic engineering, or business administration), ideally complemented by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years of international experience, preferably in the electrical equipment industry
  • Experience with sales management documentation and tools (ERP and CRM systems)
  • Strong strategic and financial analysis skills
  • Experience in project management and/or people management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
